I’ve been walking 2MPH on 7% incline on the treadmill for a hour and I’ve burned 400calories so far. And I hardly noticed all the time since I’ve been on my computer while I walked. I love this! I can do it all day.

One Slice of Whole Wheat bread- 70 calories
1 bottle of water= 0 calories
I’ve already did my butt exercises for the day and i’m thinking of getting on the treadmill soon.
