Workout is over and I feel fabulous!
thinin100days: I did it a little differently this time, though. My outer and back thighs were much too sore to attempt squats, so I replaced the squats with ‘butt-lifts’ (that’s what I like to call them, the proper name is ‘bridges’). Give it a try if you want to work on your bum! For my new followers who have no idea what workout I’m talking about, here it is… It’s fab!
