did these for the first time last night…. loved em but it definitely took every ounce of my being to finish the sets after like 10 i was burnt out and didn’t wanna go any more (but i did finish!) Which definitely lets me know i’ve been slacking hard “/ no biggie tho I have today and the rest of my life to get it right! =)
